US Customs Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Trade Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of all US imports, exports, and post-entry activities across various transportation modes
• Engage with government agencies to stay updated on current requirements and compliance
• Serve as the primary contact with central areas of GTC, Legal, Logistics, classification, and Business Units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• In-depth knowledge of US Customs Regulations and Foreign Trade Policies
• Experience with ACE Portal and Partner Government Agency interactions
• Background in external broker sourcing and management
• Ability to perform duty rate analysis and entry data auditing
