U.S. Employee Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing employee benefits team, the full-time U.S. Employee Benefits Consultant will manage client relationships, deliver complex proposals, and ensure high-quality services while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, proactively closing business
• Deliver technically complex employee benefits programs and manage a pipeline of leads
• Supervise and mentor team members while maintaining data integrity in automated systems

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in employee benefit consulting from an insurance or employee benefits broker
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
• Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
