Job Summary
Serving as the primary subject matter expert for complex employee relations matters, the full-time Associate Director, U.S. Employee Relations will manage investigations, advise on employment-related risks, and ensure compliance with employment laws, while working remotely or onsite in Boston or Miami.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the intake, assessment, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations matters
- Provide expert consultation and coaching to HR Business Partners and business leaders on employee relations issues
- Analyze employee relations trends and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in employee relations or HR business partnering in complex environments
- Advanced degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Deep expertise in employment law and HR compliance
- Strong investigation, mediation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to influence at senior levels and drive cross-functional alignment
