U.S. Employment Counsel

Job Summary

U.S. Employment Counsel, this is a full-time, salaried position responsible for providing legal guidance on U.S. and global employment matters, managing employee relations, and supporting international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary employment lawyer throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on U.S. legal requirements
• Provide practical legal guidance and lead the development of employment policies and processes
• Advise on international employment law matters and manage global Employer of Record (EOR) relationships

Required Qualifications

• JD and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. and global employment law, including in-house experience
• Proven ability to develop scalable policies and processes while exercising sound judgment
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters with discretion
• Working knowledge of global privacy laws related to employee data
