Job Summary

A company is looking for a US English Proofer.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write compelling content for various media including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free of errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the company's voice and style to ensure consistency in all written materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or Associates degree in general studies, or 7 years of professional writing experience with proof
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of urban and regional colloquialisms of United States English
• Experience with SEO and keyword research is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
