US Ethics Compliance Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Ethics & Compliance Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for ethics and compliance support for US business functions
• Establish a strategic vision for the Ethics and Compliance organization
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team of Ethics and Compliance Advisors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Juris Doctorate preferred)
• Extensive professional experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries
• Management experience and ability to supervise a team
• Deep understanding of the biopharma industry and compliance frameworks
• Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor
