US Financial Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple business units, the full-time remote US Financial Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational finance while collaborating closely with leadership to enhance strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite
• Support US Sales & Use Tax and Corporate Income Tax compliance while monitoring departmental budgets and identifying cost optimization opportunities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial support for US operations, including ad hoc financial analysis and forecasting

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Control, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of US taxation, financial reporting, and business operations
• Experience in the cryptocurrency, digital assets, mining, fintech, or technology sector is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, or Xero
