US GAAP Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US GAAP Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform bank and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in a US accounting/US GAAP environment
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
