U.S. Healthcare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Global and U.S. Healthcare Compliance Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle management of Global Corporate Compliance Policies and U.S. compliance SOPs
• Ensure alignment between global standards and U.S.-specific requirements while modernizing policy architecture
• Serve as content authority for compliance policies and collaborate on training strategy and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of compliance, legal, or policy experience, or equivalent experience with lower education levels
• Significant experience drafting and managing corporate compliance policies within a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Experience aligning policy content with training programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives
