Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a global business partner, providing coaching and support to leaders on performance management and culture
  • Lead the evolution of performance management processes and employee relations, ensuring compliance and effective policy implementation
  • Collaborate with various teams to strengthen operational scaling and identify opportunities for AI integration in HR functions
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a high-growth tech environment
  • Proven experience managing global employment entities outside the U.S
  • Deep expertise in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and labor law
  • Strong systems mindset with the ability to build scalable processes
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance may be required
