Job Summary
To support a corporate immigration program, the contract U.S. Immigration Paralegal will manage day-to-day immigration casework, advise hiring managers on H-1B processes, and ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day U.S. immigration casework and documentation
- Review H-1B candidate situations and advise on hiring feasibility
- Prepare and maintain Public Access Files (PAFs) and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
Required qualifications:
- Strong background as a U.S. immigration paralegal in a law firm or in-house
- Hands-on experience with H-1B, LCAs, PAFs, I-129, and employment-based filings
- Experience supporting corporate immigration programs
- Ability to explain immigration requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
