US Insurance Billing Expert

A company is looking for a US Insurance Expert to enhance their insurance billing processes and support their healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal insurance authority for escalations and complex claim issues
• Create engaging learning content and guides for customers and internal teams
• Support clinics with onboarding and troubleshooting advanced billing setups

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in the United States, preferably in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or Acupuncture
• Strong understanding of various billing requirements, including Commercial, BCBS, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Experience with provider credentialing, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations
• Expertise in claim submission, follow-up, and managing rejections and denials
• Experience in educating or training others in medical billing or coding
