US Insurance Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Revenue Cycle Expert to enhance support and training in insurance billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal insurance authority for escalations and complex claim issues
• Create educational content and guides for customers and internal teams
• Support clinics with advanced billing setups and resolve complex billing issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full Revenue Cycle experience, preferably in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or Acupuncture
• Strong understanding of Commercial, BCBS, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
• Experience with provider credentialing, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations
• Familiarity with EDI workflows and clearinghouse processes
• Experience in educating or training others in medical billing or coding
