Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for C2C roles using various platforms
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants
• Collaborate with account managers and manage multiple roles under tight deadlines

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Strong experience with C2C positions and understanding of US work visas
• Extensive experience in H1 Transfers & OPT hiring
• Well-connected with a strong vendor database and experience with direct clients
• Proficient in using Boolean search strings and internal ATS systems
