US Law Enforcement Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Enforcement Response Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and deliver results for confidential criminal legal requests for electronic customer records
• Assess, prioritize, triage, and escalate legal requests for data
• Respond to law enforcement inquiries and complete tracking and request logging for clients and management

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work shifts between 7AM - 7PM Eastern, Monday through Friday
• Proficiency in Windows OS & MS Office software; SQL experience is a bonus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit good judgment
• Preference will be given to Pennsylvania residents; remote work available in specific states
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
