U.S. Licensed Commercial Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney to support its growing business operations in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, review, revise, and negotiate strategic framework agreements and transactional documents
• Provide legal advice and support on procurement, including contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic sourcing initiatives and monitor regulatory changes affecting procurement practices

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. or Canada
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of software development and business models in the industry
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex projects
