Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Contracts Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle management (CLM) for all agreements, ensuring proper intake, routing, execution, and maintenance
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement and vendor-side agreements, including NDAs and software licensing agreements
- Track renewals and key dates, and provide practical advice on risk allocation and contract positions
Key Qualifications
- Native-level or near-native professional fluency in English
- Law degree from a recognized university (LL.B., LL.M., JD, or equivalent)
- Qualified to practice in the US, EU, or UK with 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience in technology transactions
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial technology contracts, particularly vendor-side agreements
- Strong understanding of privacy, security, and IP issues in vendor relationships and data flows
