U.S. Licensed Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer for a temporary secondment supporting its Americas legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. commercial agreements
• Manage day-to-day commercial contracting matters for U.S. sales and marketing teams
• Support global procurement and OEM/supply chain contracting, including RFPs and negotiations

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of relevant legal experience
• Active U.S. bar membership in good standing
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial, supply, and licensing agreements
• Experience with OEM agreements, quality agreements, and clinical trial agreements
• Healthcare regulatory or clinical legal experience is a plus
