US Licensed Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a US Licensed Contracts Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage the drafting and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements and related contracts for a major financial services client, requiring flexible on-call hours for evening and weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate assigned non-disclosure agreements with counterparties under the direction of the Team Lead
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders in the client's legal department and business units
• Create and manage client-facing documentation as needed during contract negotiations

Required Qualifications:

• Active and in good standing as a licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• JD from an ABA accredited university
• 6+ months of experience drafting and redlining NDAs and other commercial contracts
• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
