Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Employment Law & Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide risk-balanced legal advice on employment law issues, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
• Lead all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, managing discovery and overseeing outside counsel
• Utilize AI and legal technology to enhance efficiency and contribute to the team's innovation strategy

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a recognized law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of employment law and litigation experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house roles
• Extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, including managing discovery and trial preparation
• Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and experience advising on international employment matters
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance legal operations and a strong understanding of emerging legal technology
