• Lead and scale the global Commercial Legal function, advising on strategic commercial transactions

• Build and mentor a high-performing Commercial Legal team while shaping the legal infrastructure for global growth

Required Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in the US with an active state bar membership
• 12+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions and strategic partnerships
• Experience with complex agreements, licensing, and intellectual property
• Experience leading or building commercial legal teams
• Strong executive presence and ability to negotiate on behalf of senior stakeholders
