Job Summary
Serving as the primary legal point of contact for the Chief People Officer, the full-time remote Head Global Labor & Employment Counsel will provide strategic counsel on global labor and employment matters, manage day-to-day legal issues, and lead long-term initiatives to modernize HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CPO and HR leadership, implementing global initiatives
- Provide mentorship to the Senior Counsel, fostering a high-performing legal team
- Manage day-to-day legal matters and oversee the evolution of global employment policies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15 years of expertise in labor and employment law, preferably in a global public company
- J.D. and licensed to practice in the U.S.; advanced certifications preferred
- Specialized knowledge of global labor and employment laws with a growth mindset
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively
- Proven leadership experience in solving complex problems with analytical thinking
