Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Lawyer - Investment Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage Transaction and Investment Compliance for institutional investors and asset managers
Advise clients on compliance risk related to live transactions and existing investments
Review deal structures and investigate corporate ownership to identify compliance red flags

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice law on a US bar
Based in the US with the ability to work fully remotely
5+ years' post qualification experience in Investment Compliance or Corporate M&A, PE, Finance, or Transactional law
Experience representing asset management or institutional investor clients
Strong commercial awareness with a solutions-first approach
