US Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing technology firm, the full-time US Licensed Legal Counsel will manage commercial contracting, compliance, and litigation support while working remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts for the US/North America
• Collaborate with Procurement and IT to review supplier agreements and conduct risk assessments
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across operating markets

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar
• Mandatory experience in commercial contract management and negotiation
• Experience as an in-house legal practitioner, preferably within a technology or SaaS business
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to non-legal stakeholders
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
