Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies
• Advise on data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance relevant to AI and SaaS
• Collaborate with various departments to structure deals and protect intellectual property

Required Qualifications

• JD degree and an active license to practice law in the US
• 6+ years of legal experience, preferably in fast-growing SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven success in negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of SaaS, AI/ML, and data privacy regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage diverse legal matters independently with excellent judgment
