US Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to lead commercial contracting and provide legal support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Maintain and improve standard terms, templates, and contracting processes
• Provide legal advice on labor and employment law, and support RFPs and tender submissions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience with labor and employment laws
• Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop training materials
• General understanding of data protection laws is a plus
