Supporting cross-border acquisitions and product launches, the full-time US Licensed Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate contracts, provide legal advice across various business functions, and manage disputes while working remotely or from select US cities.
Key responsibilities
- Support and advise on cross-border acquisitions, conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with product teams for global launches by drafting legal terms and policies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with relevant legal experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated reasoning ability to solve complex legal problems
- Strong drive and ambition with a commitment to high standards of work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
