Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel - OCI.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the Cloud Infrastructure business, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Demonstrate knowledge across various legal sub-disciplines relevant to the technology industry
• Advise on government and regulatory compliance issues and coordinate legal matters with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal support related to cloud services
• Admitted to practice law in the US
• Experience with data centers or renewable energy is a plus
• Ability to draft and improve legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the technology sector
