Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical validations of complex models, assessing their soundness, data integrity, and performance outcomes
• Localize global MRM frameworks to ensure compliance with US-specific regulations
• Maintain the US model inventory and prepare high-level reports for local risk committees and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in model risk management or model validation
• A quantitative background with understanding of machine learning, AI, and econometric models
• Expertise in SQL and Python for model result replication and sensitivity testing
• Familiarity with US regulatory expectations for model risk
• Experience balancing rapid product deployment with rigorous risk oversight
