US Licensed Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational running of US regulated entities, the full-time Head of Operations, Platform Product will manage platform product operations, drive cross-functional execution on compliance deliverables, and oversee day-to-day operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee platform product operations and ensure launch readiness for B2B2C products while meeting regulatory and operational requirements
• Drive execution on roadmap milestones and manage complex programs across various departments including Product, Engineering, and Compliance
• Lead operational efforts for US licensing workstreams and serve as the operational counterpart to regulators and examiners

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in strategy consulting or operational execution within fintech, banking, or crypto firms
• Experience managing or supporting B2B or B2B2C business operations, particularly in tech environments
• Familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape and compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding
• Proven ability to run complex cross-functional programs without formal authority
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders including regulators, boards, and engineering teams
