U.S. Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support the General Counsel with legal and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate estates and planned giving, including documentation and communication with estate counsel
• Review regulatory research and provide recommendations to the General Counsel
• Maintain the trademark database and manage compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing legal support
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience managing contracts or information databases preferred
