Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director - Healthcare Improvement Hub - Enterprise (Global) Implementation Science Specialist; Physician (MD).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and management of healthcare improvement initiatives for an assigned Business Unit
• Advance implementation science as an enterprise capability and support the application of its methods in healthcare improvement initiatives
• Strengthen the methodological rigor of HCI initiatives through effective evaluation and learning strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Medical Doctor, board eligible or certified in a relevant specialty, or equivalent post-medical school training
• 8+ years of experience in implementation science, health services research, or healthcare improvement
• Demonstrated experience in applying implementation science methodologies in real-world settings
• Strong track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with healthcare systems, provider organizations, or academic institutions
