Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to provide legal guidance for its payouts platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day product and regulatory counseling for the payouts platform
• Translate U.S. payments and consumer-protection requirements into product guidelines
• Negotiate and draft customer agreements while maintaining fast cycle times

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of legal experience, preferably with in-house experience at a tech or fintech company
• Strong foundation in U.S. financial regulatory issues relevant to payments
• Proven product-counseling instincts and ability to make practical recommendations
• Solid drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple agreements
• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
