US Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to provide legal support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on go-to-market strategies, pricing issues, employment, and acquisition integration
• Manage and mature the company's intellectual property program and collaborate with outside counsel
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure legal support is clear, accessible, and enabling

Required Qualifications

• Active US law license in at least one relevant jurisdiction (Eastern or Central time zones preferred)
• 5-10 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in-house at a B2B SaaS company
• Solid understanding of intellectual property fundamentals and ability to operationalize IP processes
• Deep knowledge of SaaS revenue models and commercial integration topics
• Strong commercial contracting skills with a business-forward approach
