U.S. Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

To support the Market Access organization, the full-time U.S. Licensed Senior Counsel will provide legal strategy and counsel regarding federal price reporting, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the False Claims Act, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as counsel for Government Price Reporting and U.S. Market Access and Pricing functions on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management on product pricing and access matters
• Develop policies and training, advise on Medicaid programs, and manage outside counsel on assigned projects

Required qualifications

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and in good standing with the state bar
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with prior pharmaceutical experience required
• Proficiency in government price reporting requirements and federal health care program contracting
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-visibility projects
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify practical legal solutions to complex challenges
