US Licensed Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal risk, compliance, and governance across the organization
• Provide day-to-day legal support on contracts, employment matters, and compliance issues
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on cross-functional legal and operational decisions

Required Qualifications

• JD and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction or qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales
• 7+ years of legal experience, preferably with in-house experience
• Strong judgment and ability to provide calibrated legal advice
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and cross-border legal issues preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
