Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Tax Attorney with strong M&A expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the structuring of general business combinations
• Assist with registration statements
• Provide tax-oriented legal advice

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of transactional tax experience at a large or mid-sized law firm
• Must be barred in the U.S
• Strong understanding of corporate tax transactions and M&A
• Experience with capital markets, including registration statements related to SPACs, is a plus
