US Licensed VP of Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of Marketing US Adult Vaccines Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the US marketing strategy and operating plan for the adult vaccines portfolio
• Lead the US Adult Vaccines Marketing function, managing a team of over 20 individuals
• Own portfolio P&L, forecasting, and budget allocation to drive growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, public health, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in life sciences sales/marketing, including at least 4 years in marketing leadership
• Experience in vaccines and the US healthcare system
• Direct people management experience and matrix team leadership
• P&L ownership experience
