US Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning the communication layer for the US operations of an international parcel network, the full-time remote US Operations Coordinator will manage inbound flight tracking, customs clearance coordination, and last-mile induction processes while collaborating closely with the China-based operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Track inbound flights and coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely documentation and clearance
• Manage the handoff from airport recovery to last-mile carriers, confirming inductions and addressing any discrepancies
• Run structured daily handovers with the China operations team to maintain seamless communication and documentation

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in airfreight operations, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or related fields
• Working knowledge of air cargo fundamentals and US customs entry flow
• Exceptional written communication skills for precise interactions across time zones
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple shipments and parties simultaneously
• Flexibility in hours to accommodate early mornings and on-call rotations
