US Payroll and Benefits Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own and design end-to-end US payroll & benefits implementation delivery processes
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and define SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
• Act as a trusted advisor on payroll best practices and support onboarding of customers into services

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in US payroll compliance and tax filings
• Strong knowledge of US benefits administration
• Proven experience leading customer support or managed services teams
• Hands-on experience with CRM/support platforms like Zendesk
• Experience in a payroll bureau or managed services environment
