Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Payroll Compliance Analyst in Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product requirements to meet payroll and tax regulatory changes
• Execute audit processes to ensure compliance of payroll system
• Document and communicate regulatory requirements and changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• CPP Certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in payroll tax and compliance
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
• Experience collaborating with US federal, state, and local tax agencies
• Experience working at a high growth startup
