Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admin & US Payroll Coordinator - Freelance, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheet validation and compliance with regulations
- Manage provider schedules in Athena and coordinate PTO requests to ensure clinic coverage
- Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar management and meeting logistics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior-level executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives
- Proven experience managing team offsites and corporate events from planning to execution
- Advanced skills in calendar management across multiple executives and stakeholders
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and expense management tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and maintain discretion
