US Payroll Services Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Services Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and design end-to-end US payroll and benefits administration service delivery processes
• Ensure compliance with US payroll and benefits regulations, including IRS reporting and multi-state taxation
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards across payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on US payroll experience in a complex and multi-state environment
• Proven track record of owning payroll processes or service delivery frameworks
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment (SaaS and managed services preferred)
• Expert understanding of payroll compliance, risk, and audit requirements
• Experience supporting or working with integrated payroll solutions preferred
