US Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for payroll processing, the full-time remote US Payroll Specialist will deliver accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll support while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure payroll accuracy through thorough reviews and compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle high-volume payrolls efficiently while identifying process improvements
• Support new client onboarding and assist in training junior payroll team members

Required qualifications

• Experience in a Managed Services or Bureau environment
• Demonstrable US payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-client setting
• Strong knowledge of US payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory payments
• Proven ability to optimize payroll processes and drive improvements
• Experience using payroll software, with preference for cloud-based solutions
