Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Team Lead - Payroll & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end US payroll service delivery processes within a managed services framework
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align payroll capabilities with customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in US payroll compliance and tax filings
- Strong knowledge of US benefits administration
- Proven experience leading customer support or managed services teams in a payroll environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM/support platforms like Zendesk
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
