Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Team Lead - Payroll & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage end-to-end US payroll service delivery processes within a managed services framework
  • Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align payroll capabilities with customer needs


Required Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge in US payroll compliance and tax filings
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits administration
  • Proven experience leading customer support or managed services teams in a payroll environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/support platforms like Zendesk
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
