Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner (US-focused, Telehealth).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full employee lifecycle for the US team, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with managers on performance, feedback, and employee development
  • Analyze employee feedback and people metrics to identify trends and propose action plans
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR/People Partner roles with the US market
  • Experience building HR processes from scratch in dynamic environments
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Practical exposure to US compliance and employee relations topics
  • Experience with HR analytics and reporting, including working with HR tools and documentation systems
