U.S. Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a U.S. Staff/Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user flows for web and mobile applications across multiple feature areas
• Mentor and lead design efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to unify the customer experience
• Contribute to and advocate for the design system and UX patterns to ensure consistency across the app

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing software applications at a senior level
• Proven ability to create beautiful and intuitive user experiences
• Experience with design systems and UX patterns
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Ability to mentor and lead design teams while being hands-on in design work
