Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel, Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise the Product team on legal matters throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Identify legal and regulatory risks for new products and services, providing guidance on product design
• Draft and manage disclosures for new products, including customer agreements and risk notices

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a top law school
• Admission to practice law in any state in the US
• 10+ years of experience in product counseling and financial services regulatory matters
• Experience engaging with US regulators, such as the CFTC and SEC
• Business-driven and solution-oriented mindset
