US Product Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and business-minded attorney, the full-time Deputy General Counsel, Product will serve as a strategic legal partner to the Product team, advising on US product offerings throughout their lifecycle while navigating complex regulatory frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on existing and new US product offerings, identifying legal and regulatory risks to mitigate them effectively
• Develop and manage disclosures for new products and services, including terms and conditions and customer agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track evolving legal developments and conduct product impact assessments

Required qualifications

• Law degree from a top law school
• Admission to practice law in any state in the US
• 10+ years of experience in product counseling and financial services regulatory matters
• Experience engaging with US regulators, including CFTC and SEC
• Business-driven and solution-oriented mindset
