U.S. Program Manager

Job Summary

Connecting with U.S. program implementation partners, the full-time U.S. Program Manager will support partner success through relationship management, strategic planning, and grant coordination in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support U.S.-based program implementation partners through check-ins, customized resources, and data-informed decisions
• Collaborate with teams to develop and iterate on U.S. partnerships strategy
• Ensure grant deliverables are met and coordinate with the fundraising team on proposals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing relationships with educational or youth-serving organizations
• Ability to use data for decision-making and partner support
• Experience coordinating across teams to manage multiple workstreams
• Highly organized with a track record of managing operational tasks effectively
• Comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones
